Nicolas is French and lived in China for 20 years (2003-2023). Married to a Chinese wife, he now has a large Chinese family. Nicolas is a staunch supporter of both China and Africa. His goal is to help Chinese, European, and international entrepreneurs conduct business in China, Africa, or Europe.
Nicolas is the founder of the Acropolis Group in New York in 1999, the founder of Acropolis China in 2003, the founder of the Europ’Art China gallery in Shanghai in 2011, and the co-founder of Great Wall Investment.
Nicolas has been a member of the CCI France Chine (French Chamber of Commerce in China), the facilitator of the Entrepreneur Committee of the CCI France Chine, the initiator of the Investors Committee, and a member of the European Chamber of Commerce. He was elected to the National Bureau of the CCI France Chine from March 2017 to March 2024.
Before specializing in China, he built his entire professional career in the Gulf countries and Africa since 1978, where he established an extensive network of partners and friends. Over the past 20 years, Nicolas has assisted Presidents and CEOs of foreign companies in developing profitable businesses in China, and has helped major Chinese state-owned enterprises secure infrastructure contracts in Africa.
French is his mother tongue, as well as Greek. He uses English for professional purposes. Nicolas graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University (MSG 1976, DEA 1977) and the International School of Management (ISM – eMBA).
